• Associate degree from an AOTA-accredited program.
• Minimum one year experience as an Occupational Therapist Assistant.
• National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy Certification.
• Valid Texas COTA license.

• Reviewing IEPs and ensuring knowledgeable implementation of assessment tools.
• Identifying students with the presence of fine motor deficits, dysregulation, sensory issues, and/or behavioral deficit.
• Determining eligibility for services according to the school's policies and procedures, TEA, and licensing boards.
• Providing top-quality direct or indirect IEP services.
• Maintaining and monitoring paper and digital tracking logs, ARD logs, and Evaluation logs on a daily basis.
• Partnering with OT and/or special education teacher in IEP development or developing IEPs aligned with the curriculum.
• Assisting special education teacher in progress report completion.
• Completing initial (re)evaluations prior to the deadline, IEPs, and progress reports in Frontline.
