TheCertified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)is responsible for providing Occupational Therapy services to guests by assisting in the treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication while functioning under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist.

Provides Occupational Therapy services to guests in a safe and effective manner under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist in accordance with state regulations
Implements and conducts treatment as assigned by the Occupational Therapist and outlined in the treatment plan.
Monitors guest’s response to intervention and consults with Occupational Therapist if modification is required.

Must currently hold a COTA license.
A minimum of 1 year experience in a Skilled Nursing setting preferred.
Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
CPR certification is preferred. On-site certification is provided free of charge.
