DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Hickory Creek at Huntington is now hiring a full-time COTA This position will also have duties at facilities in Markle, IN and Wabash, IN The Occupational Therapy Assistant assists in providing skilled care under the supervision of the registered occupational therapist

Able to provide services for patients in all ASC Therapies and Wellness Settings

ASC Therapies Mentorship Program

Structured 9 month mentorship program

Dedicated Mentor

Scheduled meetings as part of normal work week

Opportunity to clinically collaborate with experienced clinicians Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy

Indiana therapy license or ability to obtain one

Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
