Salary: $28–$34 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized treatment plans as defined by the Occupational Therapist.
• Provide tailored occupational therapy treatments, including activities of daily living and range of motion exercises.
• Conduct daily living evaluations under the Occupational Therapist’s guidance.
• Organize and facilitate treatment groups, providing training for residents, families, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to develop personalized resident programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all residents treated.
• Represent occupational therapy in resident care meetings and staffing as directed.
• Clean, maintain, and report equipment repair needs.
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality service that respects residents' needs and rights.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program certified by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
• Certified and/or eligible for certification by the American Occupational Therapy Certification Board.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as required by the state.
• Experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or related medical setting is preferred.
