Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant / COTA
Compensation: $42-$46 per visit

Position Summary: Home Health Care Inc. is seeking a certified occupational therapy assistant to join our team and provide services to our clients around the Twin Cities area! You will assist in the treatment of clients in their home as directed by the Occupational Therapist and participate as an active member of the outpatient services team.
Responsibilities:
- Complete appropriate documentation for all phases of care by the direction of the Occupational Therapist
- Build positive rapport and communicate effectively with clients, families, and other industry professionals
- Work collaboratively with other health care disciplines to coordinate appropriate care for clients
Qualifications:
- Graduate of accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant / COTA program
- Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant / COTA license in the State of Minnesota
- Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
