- Assist with exercises and activities that help residents improve their ability to perform daily tasks.
- Work with residents to develop skills for independent living and promote functional mobility.
- Document progress and communicate effectively with team members, residents, and families.
- Provide hands-on support and encouragement to residents as they work toward their goals, helping them build confidence in their abilities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid COTA certification from an accredited program.
- A passion for helping others and making a positive impact on their quality of life.
- Experience working with the elderly, preferably in a long-term care setting, but we’re open to candidates with varied backgrounds.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build relationships with residents, families, and staff.
- A team-oriented attitude and a willingness to contribute to a positive work environment.
- Flexibility to work PRN shifts as needed—whether it's covering for vacations, busy periods, or helping out as part of a close-knit team.
Why Evergreen?
