Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert patient care in the assessment, design, and fitting of orthotic and prosthetic devices.
• Lead and mentor a team of clinicians, providing guidance and ensuring high standards of patient care.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including staff management, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, maintaining high-quality service and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated patient care.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper maintenance of equipment.
• Stay current with advancements in the field, bringing innovative solutions to the clinic.

Qualifications:

• Certified Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO) credential from the American Board for Certification (ABC) or Board of Certification/Accreditation (BOC).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a CPO, with leadership or management experience preferred.
• Strong clinical skills in patient evaluation, device fitting, and patient follow-up.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
