We have an exciting opportunity for a Certified Prosthetist Orthotist/Manager in Knoxville, TN, with a well-established healthcare provider specializing in custom orthotic and prosthetic devices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert patient care in the assessment, design, and fitting of orthotic and prosthetic devices.
- Lead and mentor a team of clinicians, providing guidance and ensuring high standards of patient care.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including staff management, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, maintaining high-quality service and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated patient care.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper maintenance of equipment.
- Stay current with advancements in the field, bringing innovative solutions to the clinic.
Qualifications:
- Certified Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO) credential from the American Board for Certification (ABC) or Board of Certification/Accreditation (BOC).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a CPO, with leadership or management experience preferred.
- Strong clinical skills in patient evaluation, device fitting, and patient follow-up.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
