Job Summary
The Rolfing Structural Integrator is responsible to provide rolfing assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and implementation of rolfing program. Assist un'ina to improve movement, manage pain, improve breathing, increase energy and relieve physical stress. Work within an integrated health and wellness system, including fitness staff, traditional healing staff, primary care and physical therapy staff with the goal of improving mobility, structural integration and wellness to encourage healthy and active lifestyle choices.
Essential Functions
- Provide quality care by assessing and interpreting evaluations and test results, and determining rolfing therapy treatment plans in collaboration with the integrated care team
- Provide the Ten Series
- Assist un'ina to accomplish and maintain structural integration by collaborating with integrated care team, including Fitness, Physical Therapy, Traditional Healer and Primary Care
- Institute procedures in compliance with accreditation standards, participate in continuous quality improvement process and customer satisfaction activities
- Obtain un'ina informed consent to proposed interventions including risks, benefits, and any reasonable alternatives
- Provide un'ina with information or resources as requested, and facilitate warm transfer/referral to appropriate care team member
- Effectively utilize electronic health record to document rolfing therapy and wellness services
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
- Develop and conduct in-service training programs for wellness and integrated care team staff
- Participate in care team training and learning activities
- Maintain a personal level of physical, mental and spiritual wellness appropriate to serve as a role model

Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree (GED).
Experience
- One year Rolfing (Structural Integration) Experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Knowledge of HIPAA and 42 CFR, Part 2 regulations.
Preferred
- Knowledge and experience working with cultural diversities
License/Certification
- Rolfer certification
- CPR and AED certification, or obtain within 90 days of hire
- Alaska Driver's License and remain insurable under the Tribe's policy
