Compensation: $25 per hour

Work Schedule:

• Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
• Includes: Weekends and holidays

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Certified Sterile Processing Technician to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing sterile instruments and products to support the healthcare staff, ensuring patient safety and smooth medical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean, sterilize, and distribute surgical instruments and medical equipment
• Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and inventory
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to meet operational needs
• Respond quickly to urgent requests for sterile supplies

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
• Certification: NICHSPDP Certification required
• Experience:
  • Completion of a Central Technician or Aide training program OR
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in Central Supply
• Trauma hospital experience preferred
• Reliability: Attendance is critical – must work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays
