Badger Veterinary Hospital is looking to add a Full-time Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) to our Small Animal Team in Janesville. We are a 7 doctor general practice who strives to provide high quality care to our patients.
The ideal candidate for this position is confident, reliable, possesses a strong work ethic, positive attitude and is able to work closely with our veterinary team.
This individual would be responsible for providing patient care by assisting DVM's with treatments and procedures. Duties include aiding in routine health exams and surgeries, dental cleanings and radiographs, maintaining patient records, lab sample collection, running in-house laboratory tests , obtaining digital radiographs, filling prescriptions, and coordinating appointment scheduling. The applicant must be able to multi-task and have the ability to work independently.
