E-J is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented part-time intern to support the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This role is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in organizational and/or business management. This position is ideal for individuals aspiring to become leaders in business management, offering the chance to develop skills in project coordination, data analysis, and executive support.

Position Description:

What you’ll do:
- Prioritize requests and manage information effectively.
- Play a pivotal role in orchestrating the CFO’s schedule by coordinating meetings and capturing comprehensive notes, and more.
- Prepare materials for meetings and presentations including agendas, handouts, etc.
- Draft professional correspondence with accuracy.
- Create and manage files.
- Additional ad hoc responsibilities.
Attention to Detail:
- Ensure precision in financial analysis and reporting for accuracy.
- Present financial information and recommendations clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal skills for preparing reports and presentations.
- Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prioritize work effectively with strong organizational skills.
- Communicate timelines and project updates efficiently to senior management.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain professional relationships through strong networking skills.
- Adapt flexibly to changing environments and priorities.
- Continuously learn and update skills to align with business needs.
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a program focusing on organizational management, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members across various departments, when needed.
