WHO IS NOW CFO LOOKING FOR

NOW CFO is seeking a highly skilled and experienced CFO to join our Salt Lake City team. The CFO consultant will be responsible for providing financial expertise and guidance to businesses. They work with companies to develop and implement financial strategies, improve financial performance, and manage financial risks. Seeking recovering CPAs in Salt Lake and Utah counties. Multiple industries tech, SaaS, construction, eCommerce, manufacturing, not for profits, healthcare, trucking, management companies, family offices, restaurant management, oil & gas upstream midstream and downstream, mining, eLearning, distribution and many other industries.

You need to be able to go in and roll up your sleeves and get the work done. Management reports preparing for year end preparation for audit preparation for sale. Sale side due diligence buy side due diligences IPO prep and technical accounting projects

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies.
• Provide financial analysis and forecasting.
• Manage financial risks.
• Improve financial performance.
• Implement financial controls.
• Provide guidance on financial matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s and Master's degree in Accounting (Preferred)
• CFO experience
• SaaS experience (Preferred)
• Manufacturing, construction (Preferred)
• CPA (Preferred)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently.
