CFO opportunity in Arizona
Our client is a Private Equity company seeking a CFO to join their
growing Arizona based company in a Transportation & Logistics
related industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial
actions of the company and analyzing strengths/weaknesses in the
company's finances and overseeing all aspects of its financial success.
• Assist in performing all tasks necessary to achieve the organization's
mission and help execute staff succession and growth plans.
• Development of Budgets both at corporate level and subsidiary level.
• Involvement with software system enhancements and upgrades.
• Bachelor's degree, CPA or MBA and bilingual Spanish preferred but not necessary.
• 5+ years of financial experience and management experience and 10 years as a CFO
• Knowledge of compliance, and some International industry related laws.
- U.S., Canada, Mexico (prefer if knows Mexico laws),
- Use a McLeod software.
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, MBA, CPA preferred, not necessary
Client is headquartered in Florida. Location for this role is Arizona.
