Key Responsibilities of the CFO:

As the CFO, you will play a crucial role in the determining the financial strategy and vision for the organization:

• Develop and oversee the financial strategy, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Lead, own and create the forecasting and budgeting for financial insights and reporting to President.
• Oversee cash flow management, optimizing working capital and ensuring the organization meets its financial obligations.
• Conduct financial modeling and provide data -driven insights for growth initiatives.
• Develop and manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial stakeholders.
• Support the President with scenario analysis, strategic planning and business initiatives.
• Provide leadership, support, and mentorship to the Accounting Group.

Preferred Qualifications of the CFO:

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
• Proficiency in creating budgets from scratch
• Professional Services industry experience (+)
