Job Details
The ideal CFO of our 100 million dollar operation will be an expert in all things compliance, forecasting, budgeting, managing transactional accounting, etc. This role will be a mix of accounting, FP&A, treasury, risk management, and some human resources. Responsibilities will include monthly status reporting on inventory, land pipeline, construction starts, revenue, and home closings; annual business plans, forecasting, cash flow projections, and long-term financial planning, as well as staff management and evaluation of compensation and benefits.

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in multi-family real estate development for a mid-sized to large company.
- MBA or BS in Business or related field.
- CPA preferred.
