- Hours:
- Shift work, 8-hour shifts
- 6am-2pm; 2pm-10pm; 10pm-6am - schedule rotates monthly with different days off
- Shift work, 8-hour shifts
Job Responsibilities:
-Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
-Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
-File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
-Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
-Prepare agenda and make arrangements for committee, board and other meetings.
-Making copies, compiling them into binders, and distributing to team members
-Enter data into database
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required. 3+ years experience required.
- Applicant must be comfortable working in an industrial/plant environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- SAP experience is required
- Strong written and oral communication skills and adapt to changing needs when priorities shift
- Ability to use discretion and judgment in handling of confidential and sensitive business information
- Ability to work effectively, independently and cooperatively with a diverse team
- Ability to prioritize work, manage time effectively and perform multiple tasks with limited supervision
Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $24.00-25.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
