The Headlines:
In the role of Chain Sales Manager working in Denver, CO; Portland, OR; Seattle, WA; or Los Angeles, CA , you will be part of the National Accounts Sales Team. You will lead, motivate, and coordinate the sales team for chain retailers to help put our beverages into the fridges of delighted consumers everywhere.
This position reports to the Sales Team Lead and works closely with Distributors, Internal Distributor Sales team, Category Management partners and the Regional Marketing team.
The Responsibilities:
+ Most importantly, you will lead a team of talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations
+ Leading a team accountable for designated retailer or channel volume, profit, and share performance through strategic customer partnership
+ Coaching your team to execute effectively in-market and identify opportunities to be first choice for our customers and consumers
+ Brewing strong customer relationships with executives and providing thought leadership on industry/category dynamics and retail execution
+ Building collaborative relationships both inside and outside of the company
The Other Qualifications:

+ You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant field OR 4+ years equivalent experience
+ You have at least 7 years experience in sales or key account management, marketing, or business

+ You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome
+ You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments
