Change Communications Specialist - National Debt Relief, LLC.
About the Job
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for establishing and managing processes and capabilities that enable changes at speed and scale, evangelizing the need to ensure expert readiness is included in product and process launches, and engaging with leadership to share status and insights connected to readiness work.
Responsibilities:
- Lead organizational change management initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess impacts, develop tailored strategies, and drive successful transitions within all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess change impacts and develop tailored change management strategies.
- Create and complete communication plans to ensure clear messaging and team member engagement throughout the change process (i.e.: Stakeholder Plan, Impact Assessments, Communications Plan, Organization Design & Roles, and Training Plan)
- Administer communication strategies to ensure corporate messaging is clear, thorough, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Create, review, and deliver internal communications that align with the company's brand, ensuring clarity, consistency, and audience appropriateness.
- Monitor and measure change effectiveness, gathering feedback to refine approaches and enhance future initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on change-related issues, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated resilience in navigating ambiguous situations, with strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
- Travel required less than 5%.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 3 years experience in employee communications or organizational change with technology and process focus (CRM experience is desirable).
- Strong executive presence and a proven track record leading and facilitating meetings.
- Proven experience in running change initiatives in a corporate environment, with a consistent track record of successful project outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence and engage team members at all levels.
- A sound understanding of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to identify risks, employing effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- A proactive approach and a collaborative spirit, ready to take on challenges and drive transformation.
- Computer competency, including the use of a keyboard and ability to look at a computer screen for extended periods of time.
- Prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Punctuality expected, ready to report to work on a consistent basis.
- Attain and maintain high performance expectations on a monthly basis.
- Work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Use and navigate multiple computer systems with exceptional multi-tasking skills.

- Available for full-time position, overtime eligible if classified non-exempt.

Compensation Information:Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings.
