We are seeking a motivated Change Management Analyst to join our clients team and play a key role in driving organizational change. In this role, you will support projects by assessing change impacts, developing and executing change management strategies, and ensuring smooth transitions. You will engage stakeholders, manage risks, document changes, and track the progress of initiatives. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of experience, and strong skills in communication, project management, and problem-solving. responsibilities:
- Change Documentation: Support project teams by identifying, documenting, and analyzing the impacts of organizational changes on processes, systems, and stakeholders.
- Change Management Plan: Assist in the creation, execution, and management of change management plans. Ensure that all changes are communicated effectively and aligned with the overall project timeline.
- Risk & Issue Management: Monitor, flag, and update risks and issues related to change impacts. Ensure all risks are captured in the risk log and managed accordingly.
- Meeting Support: Participate in project meetings to capture detailed notes on change impacts and action items. Provide support in discussions to highlight potential challenges.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure all change-related activities are managed effectively.
- Change Metrics: Develop and maintain metrics that measure the success and adoption of changes, as well as stakeholder readiness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of post-college experience, with at least some experience in change management, project coordination, or similar roles.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in documenting and managing risks, issues, and change impacts.
