Job Description:
Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Change Management Consultant to design engaging course material to explain technical procedures and best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Assess training needs and requirements, conducting gap analysis as necessary
- Develop customized training curriculum materials based on custom configurations—to include briefs, detailed user guidance, and exercises
- Design technical instruction using simple language
- Plan, prepare, and deliver learning programs
- Train/teach and present live and in-person and virtual
- Create video modules for enterprise-wide distribution
- Track and assess training feedback; incorporate in an iterative manner
- Maintain updated records of curriculum. Regularly reevaluate existing materials and update as needed
- Work as a team to develop change management plans
Here's what you need:
- 2 years of experience with implementing organizational change management strategies
- Hybrid role onsite up to 60% a week as needed
Bonus points if:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with ServiceNow (CSA ideal), CRM, or other PaaS
- Excellent oral and written communication ability
- Analytic and technical expertise
- Efficient and organized
- Familiarity with educational techniques
- Solid interpersonal skills
- Developing visual media such as Adobe or Canva or similar software
Security Clearance:
- An active TS/SCI clearance
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
