TEKsystems has an open for an Organizational Change Management Consultant.

This person will be onsite in Peoria, IL 3 days a week. Please ONLY apply if you are "potentially" able to interview onsite and start your first day onsite in Peoria, IL.

This role provides coaching and support:

• Mitigate project risk
• Ensure that all levels integrate the Change Management model into their project plans in order to successfully implement and sustain change initiatives.
• Drive effective communications, learning and reinforcement systems to support successful change initiative implementation and sustainment.
• Support the creation of effective tools to drive increased buy-in and employee engagement for change initiatives.
• Provide strategic and operational change management consulting, coaching and training and drive the adoption and application of best practices

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Provides formal training on the Change Management model to project teams, system deployment teams, all levels of leadership, project managers, and other key stakeholders.

Builds change leadership and capability to support improved results from change initiatives. Works to become a certified Change Master and certified CM Facilitation Master.

Serves as the change expert to the project team and other key stakeholders to effectively use the Change Model to develop specific, functional change strategies and to systematically apply change management principles to the life cycle of organizational change initiatives.

Champions the growth of a network of change agents and change management expertise within business units, process deployment teams, system deployment teams, and project managers by providing on-going support to their change management plans.

Champions the use of the Organizational Change Management Community of Practice in sharing lessons learned. Specifically focus on the Organizational Change Management community.
