Job Description
The Corporate Function Program Management Office (CFPMO) is seeking an experienced Change Management Learning Consultant (Learning Consultant) for the Financial Accounting Systems Transformation (FAST) program
You will be responsible to lead the planning and execution of the learning plan for one of the largest and transformative programs at Financial
The FAST Program is on a multi-year plan to replace our existing SAP R3 platform with the SAP S/4HANA platform that will provide a modern event based financial system solution for Corporate Finance, enabling a more streamlined financial reporting process that leverages enhanced reporting and data analytics functionality
You will work closely with the project change manager, workstream leads, program leadership and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on an overall learning approach that engages and inspires learners
This includes overall curriculum design, delivery and evaluation
The Learning Consultant will be part of the CFPMO Change Management Team.
The Team
The CFPMO oversees the execution of initiatives across Corporate Finance, Enterprise Risk, Investment Management, Law, and HR & Employee Experience, as well as define and own project management standards across the company
High Level Responsibilities
Lead training needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation of the training curriculum for implementation of the SAP S/4HANA platform, to ensure identified stakeholder audience(s) have the right knowledge, skills, and abilities and are prepared for new ways of working in alignment with project outcomes/benefits
Incorporate the use of SAP Enable Now digital adoption platform into overall learning plan design and implementation model
Consult with business stakeholders, project resources and subject matter experts to determine training needs and implement solutions and resources to maximize employee development and support successful adoption
Recommend and develop the training approach, programs, and objectives, and execute as part of the overall organizational change management plan; incorporate instructional design principles
Capable of applying knowledge to the most complex projects, to design, develop and manage the training curriculum to support stakeholder learning needs
Participate in project work as assigned, including consulting with vendors, business analysts or other project team members
Develop and implement evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness of training programs and their impact on learner adoption, utilization and proficiency
Leverage the Workday Learning Management System or SharePoint to deploy and manage training curriculum
Draft, edit and modify facilitator guides, user manuals, training courses, quick reference guides, infographics, eLearnings, etc
and translate training needs assessments into well thought out, comprehensive learning resources
Non-Negotiable Hybrid Schedule: This role requires a hybrid schedule working at least three days onsite in our Springfield or Boston office (Tuesday, Wednesday and either Monday or Thursday); Fridays are remote to balance flexibility with in-person collaboration
Skills: Requested Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
8+ years of broad and progressive experience in the L&D space
Experience with Training SAP S/4HANA
Experience with SAP S/4Hana Enable Now, Workday learning management system and SharePoint to deploy training curriculum
Experience working with learning authoring tools: specifically, Enable Now and Articulate 360, but not limited to Microsoft Word, Adobe, Adobe Captivate, Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Snagit and SharePoint
Advanced skillset with standard documentation tools (Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent interpersonal skills, with demonstrated abilities to communicate effectively (written and oral)
Proficient understanding of project management methodologies
Exposure to Project Management tools including but not limited to: Smartsheet, Jira, or MS Project, LucidSuite, as well as proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
Knowledge and application of ADDIE framework
