I. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
The company requires the services of 1 Change Management Manager/Organizational Change Management (OCM) 2, hereafter referred to as Candidate(s), who meets the general qualifications of Change Management Manager/Organizational Change Management (OCM) 2, Information Technology Services Management (ITSM Operations) and the specifications outlined in this document for the Company.
All work products resulting from the project shall be considered "works made for hire" and are the property of the Company and may include pre-selection requirements that potential Vendors (and their Candidates) submit to and satisfy criminal background checks as authorized by Texas law. The company will pay no fees for interviews or discussions, which occur during the process of selecting a Candidate(s).
The Organizational Change Manager will use change management principles and practices to lead and manage the change management activities and integrate change and user adoption initiatives for a large-scale department transition and transformation project. Under the direction of the Company s (HHSC) Information Technology (IT) Project Management Office (PMO), this position will provide direct support to the project manager and project team overseeing the successful delivery of the project. This role is essential for ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of new processes, systems, and structures within the IT department. Activities may include assessing potential change impacts, developing change management plans, identifying, and analyzing key stakeholders, tailoring communication to agency stakeholders, training, risk management, and collaboration with other teams to ensure coordination, and feedback collection.
II. CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

4 | Preferred | Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci or CMAP) or years of experience equivalent |

***Lumen and / or its clients will not provide equipment (Laptop, monitor, etc.) to the selected contractor. The contractor must have their own equipment. Access to a virtual desktop set up (software) will be provided by Lumen s client, allowing the user access to the required systems and technology. ***
