Channel Partner Managers are responsible for sourcing, activating, and supporting partners who drive revenue through inbound and outbound activities
We think of our channel partner managers as full-stack consultants who help our partners grow their business with monday.com.About The RoleYou’re the boss of your book: Take responsibility for the strategy and execution of your region
This is a quota-carrying role.Identify and recruit potential channel partners based on a data-driven approach. Track, report, and optimize partner performance across their sales, marketing, and consulting functions.Help partners develop& execute outbound strategies that generate new leads with verticalized solutions.Work cross-functionally with the monday.com sales and CS organizations to accelerate deals by filling potential knowledge, product, service gaps with partner offerings.Requirements5-7 years experience in sales/account management/channel partner management - must have been in a quota-carrying role Experience in working directly or indirectly with Channel Partners/ VARs / SIs/ GSIs Experience in a global work environment.Track record of taking projects from A to Z - we really value and recognize our self-starters.Strong relationship-builder and initiator approach.You move fast

Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience
Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.For Denver-based hires only: Compensation Range: $115,000-$165,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes
