Compensation: $90k Base + Incentives + Benefits
- 1st Year OTE: $150,000
- 2nd Year OTE: $225,000

Role Overview:
As the Channel Sales Manager, reporting to the CEO, you will play a key role in identifying and securing partnerships to drive lead generation, revenue growth, and brand development. Your responsibilities include sourcing new partners, negotiating terms, managing contracts, and finalizing agreements. While you won't be coding, understanding and discussing technical aspects of software integrations is essential.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement strategies for expanding the partner channel.
- Source, negotiate, and close new partnerships, and manage and grow relationships with existing partners.
- Develop and share best practices and case studies to support ongoing use of our platform by current partners.
- Define and track success metrics for your projects, taking ownership of outcomes.
- Build and manage programs to support a growing partner network.
- Represent Easy Pay Direct at events and public speaking engagements as needed.
- Monitor and optimize partnership performance, addressing issues and implementing solutions as they arise.
Who You Are:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the payment processing industry and already selling into payments integrators.
- Familiar with API implementation and software integrations.
- Energetic and proactive with a proven ability to drive channel partnerships forward.
- Experienced in sourcing and managing partnership/referral programs.
- Skilled in developing strategic frameworks for complex transactions and evaluating new business opportunities.
- Ambitious and goal-oriented with strong communication skills across various methods (text, voice, face-to-face).

- Remote role: Preferably located in one of the Payments HUB states.
