Job Title: Chaplain Resident

Responsibilities:

• Provide spiritual and emotional support to patients, families, guests, and staff.
• Engage in an action-reflection process model of education.
• Participate in clinical rounds and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Document spiritual care interventions and outcomes.
• Facilitate support groups and educational sessions.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Divinity, Theology, or related field.
• Completion of at least one unit of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment.
