Job Title: Chaplain

Responsibilities:

• Provide spiritual care to patients, families, and staff in inpatient, outpatient, and community settings.
• Conduct spiritual assessments and develop care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Facilitate support groups and lead worship services as needed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure holistic patient care.
• Offer crisis intervention and emotional support during difficult times.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Divinity, Theology, or related field.
• Board certification or eligibility with a recognized chaplaincy organization.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in healthcare settings preferred.
