Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- Supportive of Mennonite Village's mission vision and purpose
- Effectively engage with elderly individuals
- Ability to accurately document activities in writing
- Safely operates a Hoyer lift following zero lift policy and procedures
- Possess a current valid and unencumbered RN license for the state of Oregon
- One year of clinical experience in long term care is preferred
- Current CPR certification
