As a Senior Associate - Digital Acquisitions within the Marketing Growth & Innovation organization of Card Services, you will contribute to new account growth targets by overseeing the execution of various marketing campaigns. You will develop and implement digital marketing strategies to grow accounts for Chase branded and partner credit card products through innovation, capabilities enhancements, and marketing across Chase.com digital channels. You will be responsible for the day-to-day campaign execution, planning, and reporting of the Chase credit card secure shopping.
Job responsibilities
+ Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to grow accounts for Chase branded and partner credit card products through innovation, capabilities enhancements and marketing across Chase.com digital channels.
+ Drive the day-to-day campaign execution, planning, and reporting of the Chase credit card secure shopping, including developing a strategic roadmap, optimizing the conversion funnel, creating test and learn scenarios.
+ Collaborate with digital capabilities to enhance experimentation opportunities on this site and working with Product teams to deliver new features.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
+ 3+ years of marketing experience
+ Understanding of a marketing campaign operations environment with a customer-first mindset
+ Experience managing relationships with vendors or partners
+ Understand proper test constructs and measurements

+ Manage multiple initiatives to completion under concurrent, rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment
+ Create winning online customer experiences that deliver conversion growth
+ Possess a strong business and marketing acumen with an ability to identify business opportunities, deliver results, and adjust plans as appropriate
+ Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to express ideas in a confident, clear and compelling way
