Job Role:Chatbot/ Bot Developer (10)

Location:Philadelphia, PA/ Charlotte, NC 3 Days Onsite 2 days Remote Local preferred

Mandatory Skills: Microsoft Bot Framework, JavaScript and Node.js and kore.ai candidate would be getting the preference.

Job Description: Candidate is expected be hands on in web services, server-side experience. You will be analyzing business requirements, interact with different business teams and will be a part of the solution design process. You will be working on Javascript, Node JS and NOSQL etc. Will be a part of core development team and will be responsible for developing APIs/components. You will be a part of scaling applications and database infrastructure processes. Candidates will partner with the Kore.ai team for the development of new conversational AI virtual assistants across the various industry domains.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

"Will work in high traffic / real-time Enterprise apps

"Will be a part of Agile Methodologies, Design Patterns, and Software Revision Control Systems

"Will gain experience in scaling applications and database infrastructure

"Will work in a very innovative and creative environment

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

"4+ years of solid development experience and should have worked on open-source platforms

"Must have strong expertise in JavaScript & Node JS

"Microsoft Bot Framework - Provides tools and services for building enterprise-grade bots

"Experience in building IVR bots using contact centers software such as Geneys CISCO etc.

"Dialogflow - Google's natural language understanding platform for building conversational interfaces

"Rasa - Open-source machine learning framework for automated text and voice-based conversations

"Botpress - Open-source bot-building platform with a visual flow editor

"Skillset should have the following JSON, Redis / MongoDB, Web Sockets

"Experience in Web Services using REST, SOAP

"Knowledge of different authentication and authorization techniques

"Strong knowledge of code documentation and handover

"Good Knowledge of Python, AI, NLP, Client, Gen AI, Chat bots will be added advantage

OTHER SKILLS WE'D APPRECIATE:

"Experience with git version control system

"Exposure to any of the cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure

"Knowledge on Linux / Unix flavors

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:

"Graduate in Engineering OR Masters in Computer Applications
