Your Role with the Company:

Qualifications:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience working in a professional, upscale restaurant kitchen
- Minimum 3+ years of experience of management experience in an upscale restaurant
- Deep understanding of kitchen sanitation practices and health department standards
- Passion for sustainable sourcing from Northern California farms
- Expertise in crafting daily changing menus that highlight local, seasonal ingredients
- Strong experience maintaining inventory control and managing food and labor costs effectively
- Outgoing personality with a positive attitude, fostering a collaborative environment that aligns with the restaurant's ethos and team culture
