Job Description
- The Chef de Partie (Sauté) primary role is to oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food in their respective section of the lunch kitchen operation/menu including proteins, sauces, vegetables
- Assist with daily kitchen prep work and station set-up before service and maintaining the highest quality food preparation standards
- Prepare, cook and present culinary dishes; enforce strict health and hygiene standards in the kitchen; and troubleshoot any problems that may arise
- Supports on prep and execution of any all culinary-related activities as they arise within our out-of-daily job norm
- Works with Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef to maintain standards and create new dishes
- Assists the Kitchen and Restaurant teams in preparing and executing any events
- Supports on prep and execution of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday production
- Picks garnish as needed from the JUSTIN garden and communicates product needs

- 2+ years fine dining culinary experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and passionate about food and wine
- Culinary degree preferred
- Serv-Safe Certified
- Demonstrated strong ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to establish direction, obtain commitment and execute appropriate logistical processes
- Comfortable dealing with guests and purveyors on a daily basis
- Must thrive in a fast paced working environment
- Have a calm and approachable demeanor
- Superb time management and organizational skills
Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills and experience.
