Chef/Kitchen Manager - Pubgrill

• Qualified candidates require food preparation skills and knowledge.
• Minimum 2-year cooking experience in a high volume restaurant environment preferred.
• Possess a positive, honest, and energetic work ethic.
• Professional appearance and manner, good character to work in an open kitchen.
• Maintain a clean work environment throughout the restaurant.
• Demand quality in foods prepared and customer service.
• Produce foods and services as designed in a standard process.
• Good communication skills are required - must read and speak English, bilingual is a plus.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs and stand to perform normal job functions.
• Cook & work the line.
• Keep inventory and place food orders.
• Manage BOH staff.
