Seeking a Chef/Kitchen Manager who wants to start their own business with a partnership and built in clients. Commercial kitchen space available for subtenant leasing to start or grow your catering business from this location.
Kitchen to provide on-site dining meals and create culinary experiences for apartment residents (Dining service: two times per day). Your responsibilities are to plan a menu, prepare the kitchen for each meal service, cook food for each meal, manage the inventory of food supplies and cooking equipment, clean the kitchen and equipment after each meal service, and plan accordingly for resident dietary restrictions.
Ideal for: Start up concepts, personal chefs and catering chefs
Facility details: Brand new build: opened Summer of 2021. Onsite parking for staff; staff breakroom; dry, cold & frozen storage
Kitchen details: Pre-built, move-in ready kitchen. It comes with: hood w/ANSUL; hand wash, and food prep sinks; outlets; water + gas valves; make-up air unit.

Requirements:
All subtenants must be food manager certified. Application and deposit required. Liability insurance required. Leases run in 6-month/1+ year terms and can be renewed at expiration. Must be an established entrepreneurial business: in business for at least 1 year. Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment handling and maintenance required. All areas must be kept clean by occupants; all subtenants agree to shared cleaning responsibilities. Kitchen can be accessed between 4am-12pm; all occupants are fiscally responsible for any damage caused to equipment and property.
