About the Job
We are looking for a line cook/line chef for our Italian Restaurant in NY -Madison.
WHO ARE YOU?
· You have 3 + years of experience
· You are free to work on shifts
· You have good communication skills and you can easily teamwork, even in crowded contexts.
· One of your passion is the kitchen and food world
· You have a good knowledge in terms of hygiene and alimentary security.
· You have a great understanding of different cooking methods (for example, pasta cooking, sautéing etc.). You should be able to cook all menu items and do preparations for the service, clean up, setup and stocking the kitchen, food safety knowledge and so on.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR ACIVITIES?
You will take care of preparation and plating of all our recipes, you will guarantee the respect of share standards. Also, you will be the main reference for the restaurant Chef, and you will take care of the order of the place, in collaboration with every member of the team.
