Our team gets to be creative and produce a variety of food ranging from fine dining to large scale production.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, present, and oversee culinary activities with a focus on quality and aesthetics.
- Ensure visually appealing food presentation.
- Contribute to military troop production setups.
- Support catering, special events, and banquet preparations.
- Follow and execute established menus and event orders to maintain high standards.
- Perform administrative tasks as required.
- Adhere to all sanitation regulations and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
- Maintain a positive, professional demeanor with coworkers and clients.
- Complete additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Over 3 years of verified work experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in following recipes accurately.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent time management abilities.
- Maintains composure and professionalism under pressure.
- Preferred experience in off-premises catering, fine dining, and large-scale production.
- Flexible availability to accommodate varied schedules.
- ServeSafe certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
