Chemical Blending Supervisor - Path Engineering

As a Blending Operations Manager (also known as Wet Process Tech Manager, Blending Operations Supervisor), you'll oversee the blending plan, manage the tank farm, scale up developed formulas, and assist in designing systems and processes for a top-tier blending operation. You'll interact with customers during system and process validation, train and develop the Wet Process Tech/Blending team, and work closely with Quality, Sales/Marketing, and Manufacturing departments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business Management, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of plant/operations/manufacturing experience with a broad background in non-woven converting or related industry.
• Experience with instruments such as HPLC and GC, in-depth knowledge of organic chemistry, and proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office products, and related software.
