Chemical Lab Technician - Cenergy International

Roles and Responsibilities

• Chemistry lab technicians assist chemists in their lab work.




• Responsible for monitoring chemical processes and testing products as part of quality assurance.




• Under the supervision of chemists and other team members, they perform repetitive lab activities, such as setting up lab equipment and preparing chemical solutions.




• Conduct tests, interpret and analyze data, compile results, prepare reports, and present their conclusions.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelors in Chemistry



Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in wet chemistry laboratory.




• Must have college degree or working in automotive coatings.




• Automotive paint & color preferred but not required.




• Experience with spray application preferred but not required.




• Must be able to work flexible shift schedule, including days, afternoons & weekend shifts occasionally.




• Experience in an Industrial laboratories preferred.




• Experience in coatings industry preferred




• Required to lift up to 50lbs on an occasional basis.




• Must have lab experiences.

• Experience with PPAP process and knowledge of OEM Automotive Specifications and test methods preferred.




• Prior automotive paint experience is preferred.

Must have a valid driver s license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.

Pay Range:



The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $28.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.



Schedule: Monday-Friday; Days 8a-5p
