Responsibilities:
- Acts as the expert on the Brand Guardrails which guide how to represent the brand in marketing and advertising at the local and market levels.
- Strengthens the in-person and digital social presence of the business by building emotional connections with guests and escalating our reach and community awareness
- Social Media - design and maintain all aspects to include product messaging in alignment with national campaigns, team member highlights, and engaging guest feedback (includes website updates)
- Digital Marketing - strategically leverage tools to increase digital sales and reward loyal customers
- Events - lead a team to activate a healthy calendar of events that engage guests
- Works with Owner/Operator to reach the surrounding communities
- Boost restaurant sales by increasing catering sales inside and outside the restaurant
- Ensure the catering experience is seamless by delivering an amazing guest experience
- Be an ambassador for the brand by building relationships with local community members
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience in marketing and catering roles is a positive
- Goal-oriented
- Excellent customer service
