RETAINED SEARCH: Experienced FCAS with 10+ years' commercial and personal pricing leadership experience sought by expanding P&C insurer looking for their next Chief Actuary to oversee Commercial Farm & Agriculture pricing. Chief Actuary will manage a team of about 50 responsible for Commercial Pricing, Predictive Analytics, and Data Analytics. Credentialed actuaries hold several esteemed C-suite positions and the organization values Analytics and relies highly on the Actuarial team for their strategic decision. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, ensuring rate adequacy, and contributing to business strategy while providing positive mentorship and maintaining a collaborative, solutions-driven environment.
