Chief Ambulatory Medical Officer Opportunity in Fresno, CA - Trinity Health

Saint Agnes Medical Providers (SAMP) has an excellent full-time opportunity for an experienced physician to serve as the Chief Ambulatory Medical Officer of the group. This position works closely with SAMP clinicians and the Saint Agnes Medical Foundation (SAMF) operations team to develop and implement programs that enhance the quality of care provided by medical group clinicians.

In addition, this position will meet with clinicians on an ongoing, consistent basis to discuss clinical concerns and identify opportunities for care improvement, provide consultation support to clinicians on issues relating to care delivery, and promote outstanding performance in targeted metrics for patient satisfaction, access, physician and provider engagement, and primary care membership growth. Successful candidates must have a Doctor of Medicine (MD, DO) degree along with a minimum of three to five years of experience in a physician leadership role and in clinical practice. Ideally, the successful candidate will spend up to 25% of their time practicing medicine, with 75% of their time spent in an administrative capacity. Primary care experience and in-depth knowledge of primary care quality measures preferred.

RECRUITMENT PACKAGE
