We are looking for an exceptionally talented Chief Creative Officer to lead Creative for Harrison/Star & WildType agencies within the Omnicom Health Group network. You will help us ensure that our community is connected through a framework that empowers all of us to do our best work in the most innovative and creative ways. You’re an expert storyteller. You set the tone in championing brave ideas with conviction and purpose, partnering with agency leaders and executives to make it happen. You rally the network to turn breakdowns into breakthroughs, always seeking a better way to do and be.
As our Chief Creative Offer you will formulate strategy, vision, and oversight over all aspects of our Creative operations while understanding how to assess, unite, and bring scalable solutions by leveraging all available talent and resources while delivering solutions for our clients and agencies.
In this highly visible role in partnering with clients and internal agency leaders, a demonstrated record of leadership, an innovative mindset, and a uniting executive presence are some of the critical behaviors required for the role.

Desired Qualifications
- 20+ years of creative experience preferred at advertising agencies (some pharmaceutical experience required)
- 10+ years of leadership experience
- Passion for building high science and diverse portfolio of brands
- Ability to thrive in a large complex organization, building stronger relationships, integrated processes between agencies and the network.
- A history of and passion for building diverse, inclusive teams where all voices are heard and all talent is recognized.
- A strong portfolio full of breakthrough ideas that cross categories and drive results. Experience as both a maker of great work and an instigator of it.
- A proven track record for winning business, building business outward and elevating the profile and profitability of the creative within a large agency and network.

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health Group company in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
