TeamHealth is currently looking for a CRNA with proven leadership experience to join and lead our team at Cambridge Health Alliance in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Some of the responsibilities include being accountable to and work directly with the chief anesthesiologist/facility medical director to build a best-in-class patient care experience. Work collaboratively and cooperatively with clinical and operational leadership to promote team building, consensus building, improve departmental efficiencies, improve quality, reduce costs, and resolve conflicts in a positive manner. Serve as a valuable resource and communicate effectively with the above individuals and others, and perform the clinical duties expected of any other CRNA within the department including room assignments, call and all reasonable activities that foster good citizenship within the group.
In this role you will practice a wide variety of cases, including ortho, OB/Gyn, ENT, general surgery, vascular and plastics, and take back-up call only. Apply today to learn more.
