Chief Development Officer (CDO) at Kids Above All

The Chief Development Officer (CDO) will provide leadership, formulate and administer a comprehensive Development program designed to maximize the Agency’s financial resources within the framework of Agency objectives. This person will lead and manage the Development team and work in coordination with Kids Above All’s Finance department to set up and execute revenue growth. The CDO will have a proven history of identifying, personally soliciting and securing major gifts, including in the six- and seven-figure categories. The CDO will be familiar with the operations, management and governance of a nonprofit board and have the skill set to engage and persuade our closest supporters in our mission.
