About the Job
The Chief Development Officer plays a crucial role in driving the organizations fundraising and donor relations strategies to ensure financial sustainability. The role is responsible for strategic planning and general oversight of all the organization's fund development and marketing activities, leads a team of talented development professionals, and monitors adequacy of activities through coordination with staff, leadership, and governing body.\nWork closely with the CEO.Minimum of 5 years in fundraising, development or related role.
Proven success in creating and implementing comprehensive fundraising strategies, including major gifts capital campaigns, corporate sponsorships, and grant writing.
Expertise in all areas of philanthropy and fundraising techniques, including annual giving, planned giving, and corporate partnerships.
Strong networking skills.
Familiarity with donor management systems, CRM software, and various fundraising tools and platforms.
Bachelor degree requiredMinimum of 5 years in fundraising, development or related role.
