Job Summary:
We are looking for a Chief Executive Assistant who can work in a fast-paced-start-up, collaborative environment, supporting the CEO, other EA’s and the greater Executive team within Analog. You will be looked upon to project a professional company image both in-person, via email and phone. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
As the Chief Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports. You will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to the CEO and other executive members. The Executive Assistant will work onsite at Analog's main office in Bellevue, Washington.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience providing high-level administrative support at the executive level.
- Education level of an associate degree or higher; bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies, programs, and applications.
- Highly organized and detail oriented with a proactive workstyle.
- Strong scheduling / coordination skills and comfortability with last-minute changes
- Thrive in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment with an optimistic approach to work and life.
- Confident self-starter that can take a task and run with it with limited supervision/direction.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High level of professional integrity and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong collaboration skills
- Prior Leadership experience
- Experience in a startup environment a big plus

Responsibilities:Responsibilities:
- Manage a complex calendar and schedule and coordinate complex international and domestic travel arrangements for the CEO and other executives.
- Anticipate needs and provide high-level administrative support to multiple executives and other Executive Assistants.
- Interact regularly and build relationships with executives across various teams.
- Enhance organizational communications while acting as an escalation point of contact for issues.
- Organize and plan team events.
- Perform non-administrative ad-hoc projects such as preparing reports and presentations, and gathering insights, research, and information to inform decision making.
- Project and manage milestone reporting by working with cross functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery as needed.
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the office, including but not limited to:
- Answering phones and handling mail.
- Prioritize incoming email and tracking emails that require action.
- Manage expense reports and reimbursement requests.
- Manage/participate/process/monitor/track transcriptions including correspondence, meeting notes, business letters and revisions.
- Prepare presentations and reports as needed.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and other executives, employees, and external contacts
- Conduct research and compile data as needed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Be a culture-contributor: oversee department culture initiatives, track, highlight, and celebrate important cultural/career moments.
- Act as gatekeeper, time-advocate, and liaison for executives
- Act as a team point of contact: handle team requests, maintain communication, problem-solve, and assist with keeping the team on-track and organized.
- Help drive recruitment and hiring in partnership with executives.
- Help with various administrative and office duties as assigned.
