Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate, patient-centric, and goal-oriented Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to join our behavioral health services team. Our organization specializes in compassionate care, including crisis stabilization, inpatient care, and outpatient treatment for acute mental health and substance use treatment. The CEO will be responsible for directing all facility operations, building internal and external business strategies, and collaborating with the medical staff and administration to achieve hospital goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a high level of market acumen and build in-market relationships.
- Actively expand the physician network.
- Provide detailed orientation, articulating hospital performance and areas for improvement.
- Recruit and develop high-performing team leaders.
- Collaborate with medical staff to maintain high standards of service and quality care.
- Serve as a role model of competence, enthusiasm, and commitment to quality for all hospital staff.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a clinical, financial, or business-related field.
- Prior leadership experience in behavioral health or inpatient psychiatric settings.
- Strong experience in hospital operations and management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a clinical, financial, or business-related field.
- Previous experience as a CEO in an inpatient behavioral health facility.
