Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years of progressive financial experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
- Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial software.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master of Business Administration, MBA
- Certified Public Accountant, CPA
