Role and Responsibilities:


As the CFO, you will play a crucial role in steering the financial strategy of Superior Corp (Kautz Companies), ensuring that each business unit operates efficiently and profitably.

Your responsibilities will include:

Financial Oversight Across Multiple Entities: Manage and streamline the financial operations of our flooring, remodeling, and new home build divisions. Ensure that financial practices across all entities are aligned with the company's overall strategic goals.

Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies that support the growth and sustainability of each business unit. Provide the executive team with comprehensive financial insights to drive informed decision-making.

Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all financial activities comply with regulatory requirements across all business lines. Identify and mitigate financial risks to protect the company's assets and reputation.

Cross-Entity Collaboration: Work closely with leaders from each division to integrate financial strategies with operational goals. Ensure that each entity is financially sound while supporting the overall success of the company.

Qualifications:


To be considered for this role, you must have:
