Must Haves:- Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Exceptional knowledge of healthcare financial management, third-party reimbursement, contracts, and generally accepted accounting principles and practices
- Strong knowledge of hospital patient care principles and practices
- Extensive knowledge of relevant state and federal regulations and healthcare policies and practices
- Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives certification preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of risk business management policies, procedures and practices

Job Description:Location: Black River Falls, WI
Type: Full-time, On-site
Compensation: $200,000.00 - $240,000.00 annually with up to a 20% year-end bonus, professional association memberships, and conference attendance.
Relocation: Offers relocation package.
BRMH seeks a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will oversee general accounting, patient business services, third-party reimbursement, and financial and statistical reporting functions. This role is critical in promoting the effective management of BRMH’s resources, achieving internal benchmarks, and meeting short- and long-term goals.
- Work Environment: This is an on-site position. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available.

The CFO is eligible for up to a 20% year-end bonus in addition to salary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Leadership: Direct and oversee all aspects of the finance function, including assets, cash flows, insurance coverage, accounting practices, relationships with financial institutions, and third-party payers.
- Revenue Cycle Management: Oversee the entire revenue generation process, from patient registration and scheduling to claims submission and reimbursement, optimizing revenue capture and minimizing leakage.
- Billing Oversight: Ensure accurate and timely invoicing of patients and third-party payers, overseeing billing staff, implementing systems, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Asset Management: Maintain custody and direct the prudent use of funds, securities, and assets, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data and compliance with accounting standards.
- Contract Negotiation: Monitor, analyze, negotiate, and recommend reimbursement contracts with third-party payers, informing stakeholders of financial impacts on organizational policies and operations.
